You’ll lead site development projects from concept through construction, collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, and shape solutions that support growing communities.

What You’ll Work On:

You’ll be part of project teams responsible for leading and delivering civil site design and land development projects that may include:
Commercial and mixed-use developments, Multifamily and residential communities, Education and civic facilities, Healthcare, retail, and industrial sites.

Projects vary in scale and complexity, offering continuous technical challenge and professional growth. No two projects are the same!

Your Role & Impact:

• Lead civil site design efforts including grading, utilities, stormwater management, and site layouts
• Serve as the primary point of coordination for assigned projects
• Manage schedules, budgets, and internal resources to ensure successful delivery
• Communicate directly with clients, municipalities, and project stakeholders
• Mentor and support junior engineers and designers
• Oversee design quality and technical accuracy
• Contribute to process improvement and team development initiatives

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related graduate degree)
• EIT certification or Professional Engineer (PE) licensure
• 8+ years of experience in civil site design and land development
• Strong command of Civil 3D
• Working knowledge of permitting, municipal standards, and site design regulations
• A leadership mindset and interest in developing people and projects
• Clear communication skills and a client-focused approach

Compensation Range: $90,000 – $140,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
