Job Description

The role involves managing and collecting environmental compliance documentation, creating Material Declarations using Agile, and supporting project coordination. This includes handling plans, budgets, and vendor communication, tracking project progress, resolving obstacles, and reviewing documents for acceptance criteria. The position also involves contributing to process improvement and standardization, assisting with product development and sustaining projects, and preparing reports while maintaining traceability records.

Responsibilities

+ Collect and manage environmental compliance documentation.

+ Create Material Declarations in Agile and attach documentation to part numbers.

+ Support project coordination, including plans, budgets, and vendor communication.

+ Track project progress and resolve obstacles.

+ Review documents for acceptance criteria.

+ Contribute to process improvement and standardization of workflows.

+ Assist with product development and sustaining projects.

+ Prepare reports and maintain traceability records.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.

+

Experience with documentation management, requesting, tracking, and validating environmental compliance documents from suppliers.

+ Ability to assist with project plans, budgets, resource allocation, and buffer tracking.

+ Familiarity with Agile systems and creating Material Declarations.

+ Skilled in reviewing internal workflows and creating Standard Work documentation.

+ Cross-team coordination skills, liaising with vendors, engineers, and internal teams.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

+ Basic understanding of product lifecycle: design, manufacturing, market use.

+ 2+ years of experience supporting product development or compliance projects.

+ Familiarity with Agile PLM systems.

+

Experience with BOMs, ECOs, and regulatory documentation.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Loveland, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
