• Develop and monitor engineering and construction build plans across various network types
• Coordinate and create work schedules to ensure timely delivery for internal teams and contracted vendors
• Track milestone activities for complex projects across multiple lines of business
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations related to projects
• Provide technical oversight and support to outside plant build and operations teams

• 10+ years of telecommunications experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent practical work experience
• Project Manager Certification
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smart Sheets, and JIRA
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Master's degree or related work experience
• Experience with regulatory subsidy compliance and various telecom management tools
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power
  
  BI and Power Apps
• Familiarity with financial systems such as Ariba and SAP
