Annual Salary max. 181.000 gross

We are looking for our Client who specializes in products and solutions for consumers, automakers, and enterprises worldwide, including audio, visual and infotainment systems; enterprise automation solutions; and software services.

• Manage a team of Field Application Engineers, handling both client & server pre-production Integration & post-production support, for an E2E OTA solution
• Sales support tasks, such as pre-sale meetings
• Manage and track the team’s activities, open tasks and cases, prioritization and escalations to other support teams or engineering teams
• Assist in development of Technical Support knowledgebase; documenting issues resolutions
• Identify product enhancement opportunities through regular interaction with customers.

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc or other equivalent technical degrees)
• 3+ years of managerial experience of a team of more than 5 people.
• 7+ years of technical experience with C, C++, including development, integration, QA
• Familiar with the Linux platform (has development experience on it) and familiar with C language (able to debug code)
