We are excited to meet a seasoned design engineer/project manager seeking an extraordinary opportunity for a civil engineer and project lead. The right applicant will serve as the primary client contact and oversee projects from conception through completion. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for projects.

• Oversee projects from conception through completion.

• Apply innovative design practices to obtain project entitlements.

• Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and agencies.

• Embrace new and unique management practices.

Essential Skills

• Licensed Professional Engineer (or eligible for licensure) in the State of Minnesota.

• Experience in civil engineering design on small, medium, and large-scale projects.

• Utility design experience for water distribution and sewage collection systems.

• Proficiency in using Civil 3D and Office 365 software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong team, client, and agency collaboration/communication skills.

Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility to work in the office approximately 50% of the time, with the option for remote work as desired. The company provides a supportive environment with professional freedom, avoiding micromanagement. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.86 – $62.50/hr.
