We are excited to meet a seasoned design engineer/project manager seeking an extraordinary opportunity for a civil engineer and project lead. The right applicant will serve as the primary client contact and oversee projects from conception through completion. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary client contact for projects.
Oversee projects from conception through completion.
Apply innovative design practices to obtain project entitlements.
Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and agencies.
Embrace new and unique management practices.
Essential Skills
Licensed Professional Engineer (or eligible for licensure) in the State of Minnesota.
Experience in civil engineering design on small, medium, and large-scale projects.
Utility design experience for water distribution and sewage collection systems.
Proficiency in using Civil 3D and Office 365 software.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Strong team, client, and agency collaboration/communication skills.
Work Environment
This role offers the flexibility to work in the office approximately 50% of the time, with the option for remote work as desired. The company provides a supportive environment with professional freedom, avoiding micromanagement. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.86 – $62.50/hr.
