We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior GIS Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Survey
123 and the implementation of ArcGIS Enterprise. As a Senior GIS Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality GIS solutions to our clients, ensuring successful project outcomes, and contributing to the growth of our GIS capabilities.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of GIS projects using ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Utilize Survey
  123 to create and manage custom surveys, collect and analyze spatial data, and integrate results into broader GIS solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and develop tailored GIS solutions that meet their business objectives.
• Manage and maintain GIS databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
• Conduct spatial analysis and modeling to support decision‑making processes for various projects.
• Provide training and support to clients and team members on the use of GIS tools and applications.
• Stay current with the latest GIS technologies, trends, and best practices to ensure our solutions are cutting‑edge and effective.
• Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing, client presentations, and project scoping.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, Environmental Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in GIS consulting, with a focus on Survey
  123 and ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing GIS solutions and managing complex projects.
• Strong proficiency in Survey
  123, including survey design, data collection, and integration with other GIS applications.
• In‑depth knowledge of ArcGIS Enterprise, including installation, configuration, and administration.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience with other GIS tools and technologies (e.g., ArcGIS Online, QGIS, Python, SQL) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
