Project Development Specialist - Operations & Maintenance; Remote

• Develop conceptual solutions for P3 projects, ensuring alignment with Facilities Management requirements
• Manage pricing processes and create compelling business cases for proposed scopes of work
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to optimize building systems and equipment design
• Lead teams in preparing detailed operations plans and cost estimates for Operations & Maintenance services
• Ensure accurate and quality control of final cost proposals and participate in client presentations

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; MBA is desirable
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in facility management, O&M leadership, or engineering
• Demonstrated experience with Central Utility Plants and/or Combined Heat and Power Plants
• Strong project management skills with the ability to influence a diverse team
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for C-level interactions

• Experience in developing facility management solutions and cost estimates for industrial and large commercial facilities
• Solid working knowledge of common computer applications (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project)
• Ability to travel up to 30%
