HVAC Project Engineer (Senior Level) – Heavy Industrial Systems
Full‑time, permanent position at a family‑oriented HVAC systems provider in the Kohler, Wisconsin area. This role is opening due to an upcoming retirement. The work environment is flexible and friendly, with under 100 employees.
Responsibilities- Quoting, planning, and designing industrial and heavy commercial HVAC systems.
- Working closely with field employees, coworkers, customers, and contractors.
- Tracking and maintaining project deadlines and costs.
- Mentoring, directing, and supervising staff.
- Traveling to jobsites within the state.
- 6+ years of industrial or heavy commercial HVAC project management experience.
- Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder.
- Ability to travel to various jobsites within the state (no overnight stays).
- Must work full‑time on‑site; remote work not allowed.
- Full benefits; no relocation assistance.
- Pay up to $140,000.
- Experience managing large‑scale industrial or heavy commercial mechanical projects preferred.
