Security Test Engineer – Poland
As a Security Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the robustness and integrity of advanced silicon and IP products. You will design and execute comprehensive test strategies, identify potential hardware vulnerabilities, and validate security features across complex systems. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and certification teams to maintain high standards of security and reliability.
You will also lead the development of automated test procedures, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to improve product security. With a focus on innovation and quality, your work will directly impact the resilience and trustworthiness of critical hardware products.
- Define and implement security-focused test plans, coverage goals, and DFT strategies for secure ICs and cryptographic IP
- Conduct hardware vulnerability testing, including fault injection and side-channel analysis
- Develop automated test procedures and data analytics for evaluating security performance
- Support product qualification, certification, and release-to-manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to maintain security integrity during production
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and test reports
- Mentor and guide team members on hardware security testing best practices
- 8+ years of experience in semiconductor test, hardware validation, or hardware security evaluation
- BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of cryptographic principles, hardware security modules, and tamper-resistant design
- Hands-on experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) or custom hardware setups
- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, or Tcl for test automation
- Understanding of analog/mixed-signal fundamentals and secure memory design
- Familiarity with security standards such as FIPS 140-3, Common Criteria, or ISO/IEC 17825
