OpportunityAdvanced entry‑level position assigned to either a role in Scheduling or Cost Management or a combination. Under appropriate supervision, performs routine project controls assignments according to training, capability and experience. Primarily focused on seeking responsibility in scheduling, costing and concepts related to industry technology and project management. This is a federal role and requires U.S. citizenship.
The TeamAs part of BV Operations, your skills will be aligned to projects that support our 3 market sectors:
Governments & Environment, Energy & Process Industries, and Connectivity & Commercial. You will engage with exciting projects across the globe.
- Understand B&V functional organizations and interfaces.
- Understand constructability concepts.
- Assist with project forecasting.
- Maintain Cost Report with minimal supervision.
- Maintain Cost Spread with minimal supervision.
- Assist with input to monthly reports.
- Facilitate quantity reporting.
- Maintain Change Log and ensure forecast reflects appropriate potential changes.
- Understand financial acumen.
- Assist in development and maintenance of Level I/II schedules.
- Assist in execution schedule development and maintenance, including fragnet preparation and resource loading.
- Prepare & maintain schedule adherence reports.
- Assist in critical path and float analysis with supervision.
- Maintain earned value reports.

Preferred QualificationsPrefer four‑year Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
Minimum QualificationsFour‑year Bachelor’s degree with one or more years of relevant Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling experience OR no four‑year Bachelor’s degree required with five years or more of relevant experience in Home Office or Field Office.

Work Environment / Physical Demands- Office Environment:
Requires sitting, talking, hearing, keyboard input and seeing. Occasional travel up to 25% may be required. - Construction Site Environment:
Requires standing, kneeling, bending, steering, walking long distances and working at heights above 5 feet. May involve cramped work spaces, extreme temperatures, inclement weather, high noise levels, and hazardous equipment. - Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days based on performance and assignments.
Annual compensation range: $73,540.00 - $.
