Dam tech company based in London, now seeking a Lead Electronics Engineer to support their next‑gen products.

Having already launched their first products, the company is scaling fast to meet the demands of their clients. They're looking for a hands‑on electronics engineer with a strong background in board‑level design and a passion for working on mission‑critical hardware.

This is a Lead Electronics Engineer role focusing on end‑to‑end electronics design, from concept through to flight, including power, control, imaging, and high‑speed data systems.

• 7+ years of experience in PCB and hardware development (digital & analogue)
• Strong hands‑on experience with schematic capture, layout, simulation and testing
• Familiarity with interfaces: SPI, I2C, RS422, USB, MIPI / CSI-2, PCIe, Ethernet, LVDS
• Experience with FPGAs, image sensors, microcontrollers, and power electronics
• Background in aerospace, automotive, or other high‑reliability systems preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic start‑up environment

The company is offering circa £65K depending on experience, along with a competitive benefits package including pension, private healthcare, and flexible / remote working. This is a hybrid role, with lab access required for hardware bring‑up and testing phases.
