About the Role
Project Manager – Technologies & Services at H2O Innovation
. The position focuses on coordinating the engineering, fabrication, and financial reporting for water and wastewater treatment projects that center on membrane technologies (UF/RO/M ). Projects range from less than 1 MGD to 40 MGD and serve drinking water, water reuse, wastewater, and various industrial markets. The role requires collaboration with mechanical design, electrical design, process engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery.
Remote work is available across the United States and Canada; local work decir at a nearby H2O Innovation office is also possible.
Base Pay Range$90,000 – $120,000 per year.

- Coordinate the conception of automated water & wastewater treatment systems between mechanical, electrical, process engineering and other teams.
- Work with production teams to ensure a smooth transition between design and fabrication.
- Synchronize project delivery with service, aftermarket and commissioning teams.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure the financial viability of projects.
- Participate in meetings with H2O Innovation directors and external clients to detail conception and delivery processes.
- Ultimately responsible for technical and financial performance of projects from contract signature through engineering, procurement, shipping, installation, startups and client training.
- Advocate for quality and maintain schedules.
- Provide feedback on lessons learned during execution.
- Coordinate and support evolve installation, commissioning and startups.
- Lead a team of experts and seek guidance when required.
- Analyze problems using engineering principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Water Engineering or equivalent.
- Understanding of water & wastewater treatment systems and experience with RO, UF, M systems.
- Experience managing projects with temporary/rental water and wastewater equipment.
- Minimum seven years of related experience in water treatment project management.
- Experience in project management and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
- Experience with an ERP system, ideally IFS.
- Strong and concise communication skills.
- Self‑motivated with excellent planning, organization and time‑management skills.
- A dedication to safety.
- Aptitude for customer service.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 10‑15% of the time.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (asset).
The position is available across the entire United States and Canada for remote work, with local work options available at a nearby H2O Innovation office if the candidate is located near one.
