• Investigate and determine the root causes of structural failures — from foundations to roofs and all components of the building envelope.
• Assess moisture and water intrusion issues.
• Perform detailed field inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial structures.
• Evaluate the extent of damage and assess structural integrity.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (Required)
• Active P.E. license in the state of the open position (Required)
• Curiosity, creativity, and problem‑solving instincts – you’re the kind of person who wants to know what went wrong and why.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Deep understanding of building materials, construction methods, and building codes.
