The BBA team is looking for a geomatics technician with a background in thematic mapping.
You'll work with BBA's Environment and Engineering teams on a variety of projects in the energy, mining and industrial sectors. You’ll have the opportunity to join a growing, dynamic team focused on client service quality.
An overview of your mandates and responsibilities
Carry out various thematic mapping projectsCarry out interactive mapping projects and upload geospatial dataPerform spatial analyses based on requests to extract various dataManage and update SIG databasesProcess 3D and matrix dataPerform product quality controlProvide technical support, serving as a resource to project teams, and respond to internal and external requests for informationWork closely with multidisciplinary project teams (environmental specialists and engineers) and with various BBA offices across CanadaWhen necessary, assist field teams with technical surveys and georeferencing workParticipate in development and improvement projects within the team of geomatics professionalsDo your qualities and values match our corporate culture?
