• Participate in a team environment, working closely with Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Senior Project Directors/Technical Leads, and Field Technicians/Scientists/Engineers.
• Prepare Health and Safety plans and Emergency response plans.
• Prepare proposals and cost estimates; schedule field staff and subcontractors; compile data and write reports, including conclusions and recommendations.
• Handle project accounting, tracking, and reporting requirements in accordance with WSP’s Master Services Agreements.
• Train junior staff in environmental practices and conduct site visits to ensure safety and technical standards meet our high expectations.
• Interface with clients to ensure their needs are met and projects/proposals advance with quality focus.
• Provide support to RPM team members, sharing health and safety, project management, completion, and client‑service responsibilities.

• University degree or college diploma in engineering or environmental sciences.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contaminated site assessments; downstream experience is an asset.
• Sound understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
• Safety-conscious attitude.
• Strong field experience is considered an asset.
• Understanding of the BC Environmental Management Act/Contaminated Sites Regulation.
• Professional designation is preferred.
