• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver optimal packaging solutions.
• Drive sustainability initiatives by selecting eco‑friendly materials and methods.
• Manage multiple packaging projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Conduct market research and consumer testing to inform packaging design.
• Ensure compliance with corporate sustainability commitments and legislative requirements.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities through effective material and design choices.

• Four‑year degree in packaging engineering or related field.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), with a preference for plastics.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong prioritization and time‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong passion for engineering and design.
• Proficient in Artios CAD and SOLIDWORKS; certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
