• Design and deliver technical training programs for global field service employees and hospital Bio-Med customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop course materials that comply with regulatory and quality standards
• Conduct training courses and maintain documentation of training attendance and effectiveness
• Stay updated on training industry research and implement innovative training methods
• Coordinate continuous training opportunities for the global field service team, ensuring knowledge of new products and procedures

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of engineering, technical training, or troubleshooting experience
• OR Associate's Degree with 6+ years of engineering, technical training, or troubleshooting experience
• OR High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of engineering, technical training, or troubleshooting experience
• Strong technical knowledge in product maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting procedures
• Experience in instructional design and project management within a technical training environment

• Previous experience in field service or factory engineering in the medical device industry
• Familiarity with Cranial and Spine products and experience delivering technical training
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and compliance standards related to medical devices
• Proficiency with training development tools such as Articulate
• Background in Biomedical Engineering or a related scientific discipline
