The job profile for this position is Infrastructure Engineering Senior Advisor, which is a Band 4 Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna-Evernorth Services Inc.

Responsibilities
- * Provide primary application support for Informatica Power Center, Collibra Data Governance Center, and Cloudera Navigator applications at Cigna.
* Manage the troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure compatibility issues based on system architecture, project requirements, and customer expectations. Serve as an expert in specific aspects of infrastructure design.
* Coordinate with users to determine requirements.
* Partner with IT leadership on engineering related issues and strategies.
* Partial virtual/work from home benefit available.

Qualifications-Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and 2 years of IT experience (or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of IT experience). Must have experience with: infrastructure support and administration of Informatica; ETL administration; and ensuring infrastructure and application stability through preventative maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing long-term solutions.
