** This Opportunity:
*** In collaboration with a talented team of engineering professionals, manage and deliver a wide variety of water resources projects including sediment transport, flood risk management, and dam safety
* Build and maintain strong relationships with SEH clients while mentoring and growing internal staff

** Essential

Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
* Licensed Professional Engineer in the United States with the ability to obtain licensure in the state of Minnesota
* Demonstrated previous experience with open channel hydraulics modeling
* Knowledge of hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, InfoWorks

ICM, or PCSWMM
* Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections/visits, etc.;
Occasional overnight travel will be required.
*
* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Experience in dam and levee design, engineering, and construction
* Experience in 2D Hydraulic models
* CFD Modeling experience
* Experience working with a team of drainage engineers, civil engineers and highway designers to deliver large transportation projects
* Experience and interested in supervising and mentoring other engineers and team members
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
