Advanced entry‑level position in Scheduling or Cost Management, or a combination. Under supervision, perform routine project controls assignments, focusing on scheduling, costing and project management concepts. This is a federal role requiring U.S. citizenship.

Part of BV Operations, supporting projects in Governments & Environment, Energy & Process Industries, and Connectivity & Commercial. Projects are global, ranging from community improvements to mega projects.

Understand B&V functional organizations and interfaces, constructability concepts, and assist with project forecasting.

Cost:

• Maintain Cost Report with minimal supervision.
• Maintain Cost Spread with minimal supervision.
• Assist with input to monthly reports.
• Facilitate quantity reporting.
• Maintain Change Log and ensure forecast reflects potential changes.
• Demonstrate financial acumen.

Scheduling:

• Assist in development and maintenance of Level I/II schedules.
• Assist in execution schedule development and maintenance, including fragnet preparation and resource loading.
• Prepare & maintain schedule adherence reports.
• Assist in critical path and float analysis with supervision.
• Maintain earned value reports.

Individual Contributor.

Prefer a four‑year Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Four‑year Bachelor’s degree with one or more years of relevant Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling experience, or no degree with five or more years of relevant experience in Home Office or Field Office.

Office environment: sitting, talking, hearing, keyboard input, and seeing. Occasional travel up to 25% may be required.

Construction site environment: standing, kneeling, bending, stooping, moving, walking long distances, working at heights up to 12‑hour shifts, in varying temperatures and noise.
