Job DescriptionWe currently have a job opening for a Project Manager in our Vancouver office to join our growing team.
This position will involve managing varying projects within the Indigenous Infrastructure sector. The role presents many opportunities on a variety of tasks and our expectation is that the candidate will take a lead role on aspects of client relationship building, project management and project delivery.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and leadership potential, who thrives in a dynamic work environment. Your abilities will be strengthened and grown through a range of projects focused on the delivery and management of civil infrastructure projects throughout British Columbia, Yukon, NWT and Nunavut. You may support projects in a Project Engineering or technical role in addition to project management duties, providing the opportunity for growth and development in a supportive environment.
You will also have the opportunity to develop a career path focused on project management based on your career aspirations and qualifications.
- Project Management and/or Project Engineering for a variety of civil and multi-discipline infrastructure projects throughout British Columbia.
- Maintaining client communications and expectations to meet client service objectives.
- Guiding the project team through the preparation of deliverables to ensure the project and client needs are met in an effective and timely manner.
- Preparing proposals, business development and marketing within the Indigenous Infrastructure sector.
Undergraduate degree in Engineering from an accredited post-secondary institute or diploma in Engineering Technology from an accredited technical institute.
- Registered, or eligible for registration, as a Professional Engineer with EGBC.
- Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in the engineering consulting industry. Indigenous Infrastructure sector experience is an asset.
- Proven project management experience with civil and multi-discipline infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Committed team player and highly motivated.
- Self‑motivated and looking for career advancement.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel within Canada.

The salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $ and is commensurate with experience relative to this position.
