We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Aviation

to oversee and coordinate aviation-related construction projects remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of airport and aviation infrastructure projects, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and manage project delivery from planning through closeout while collaborating with on‑site teams and stakeholders across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage aviation construction projects including runways, taxiways, terminals, hangars, and airfield infrastructure.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, contracts, and quality control to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.
  • Coordinate with owners, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies (FAA, TSA, local authorities).
  • Review design documents, construction plans, and change orders for compliance and constructability.
  • Monitor safety, risk management, and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Provide regular progress reports and support decision‑making through data‑driven insights.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of construction management experience, with a strong focus on aviation or airport projects.
  • Solid understanding of FAA standards, aviation safety requirements, and airfield operations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects remotely and communicate effectively with distributed teams.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
  • Must reside in the United States and possess valid authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Certifications
  • PMP, CCM, or similar professional certification.
  • OSHA certification.
