Lead Electrical Engineer – St. Paul, MN

Haskell is a global network of experts providing integrated design, engineering, construction and professional services to clients and communities. We’re looking for a licensed Lead Electrical Engineer to join our St. Paul office (remote work possible with travel availability).

• Lead electrical design for fee‑for‑service, design‑build and EPC projects across consumer goods, defense and maritime markets.
• Provide quality control for the electrical discipline and conduct frequent interdisciplinary reviews with project teams in St. Paul and across Haskell’s international network.
• Develop and deliver electrical plans, specs, calculations and coordination documents for projects from concept to ribbon‑cutting.

• Licensed electrical engineer in the United States.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in electrical design and project management.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to promote a team‑centered culture.
• Comfortable with travel and remote collaboration.
