• Diagnose, install, validate and maintain Beckman Coulter equipment including hematology, immunoassay, and urinalysis instruments.
• Perform preventive maintenance, modifications, and service repairs to ensure maximum uptime for clients.
• Maintain accurate service logs and internal records using OBI, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
• Train end users and new field service engineers on product features and troubleshooting.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to address service needs.

• Associate degree in biomedical engineering, instrumentation, electrical engineering, or related field, or equivalent military experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotic, electronic equipment or instrumentation.

• Up to 80 % travel, mainly domestic, may include international, with overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb unassisted and perform routine physical tasks.

• Advanced troubleshooting experience (2 + years) in instrumentation repair.
• Experience in building customer relationships and contributing to long‑term satisfaction.
• Background in biomedical engineering or medical technology.

Hourly rate: $35.00–$37.00 USD. Eligible for bonus and incentive pay. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), and more. Remote work arrangement possible.
