As a graduate engineer you will experience all aspects of our work and discover where your strengths lie. You may:
- Work on live projects from day one.
- Engage across sectors such as healthcare, hotels, and more.
- Produce detailed designs and drawings using CAD and Revit.
- Undertake site surveys and research ground‑breaking technologies.

You will communicate with project teams, meet clients or end users, and attend collaborative meetings. A dedicated mentor and supervisor will provide the best training to support your development.
What We Are Looking For- University degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with 2.1 grade or higher IMechE or CIBSE accreditation.
- Masters or other postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Previous placement or work experience in a similar industry is an advantage.
- Understanding of CAD or similar modelling software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Friendly, ambitious, confident, flexible and resilient.
