As a graduate engineer you will experience all aspects of our work and discover where your strengths lie. You may:

• Work on live projects from day one.
• Engage across sectors such as healthcare, hotels, and more.
• Produce detailed designs and drawings using CAD and Revit.
• Undertake site surveys and research ground‑breaking technologies.
• Benefit from continuous CPD and learning opportunities.
• Design HVAC and control systems, drainage and water services to code, budget and deadline.

You will communicate with project teams, meet clients or end users, and attend collaborative meetings. A dedicated mentor and supervisor will provide the best training to support your development.

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with 2.1 grade or higher IMechE or CIBSE accreditation.
• Masters or other postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Previous placement or work experience in a similar industry is an advantage.
• Understanding of CAD or similar modelling software is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Friendly, ambitious, confident, flexible and resilient.
