• Manage operations and delivery of PLM Enterprise platforms in support of Engineering program teams
• Lead a team of over 60 PLM professionals in delivering software solutions to Engineering and Manufacturing customers
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute solution deliveries for active PLM projects
• Ensure service-level agreements are met to maintain business continuity and avoid downtime
  
  Identify department optimization opportunities and develop talent within the team

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MIS and 12+ years of experience in Information Technology; OR an Advanced Degree in Engineering or Computer Science and 10+ years of experience
• 7+ years’ experience in Engineering, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), or a similar technical role
• 5+ years’ experience leading a large technical team
• Proven track record of successful delivery of Enterprise PLM deployments and major upgrades
• Experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master with Agile delivery methodologies

• Advanced degree
• Certified Scrum Master
• Experience in supplier management and various project management methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to drive results
• Experience designing and implementing automated solutions
