As the Regulatory Compliance Specialist II you will manage regulatory compliance issues and interpret new regulations that affect upstream energy operations. You will collaborate with Operations Managers and may oversee compliance within a specific geographic territory.
Responsibilities- Analyzes and interprets new and existing regulations
- Advises operations teams on compliance strategies and implementation
- Maintains direct contact with regulatory agencies for clarification and guidance
- Monitors regulatory developments and assesses operational impact
- Prepares and submits compliance documentation as required
- Other duties as assigned
- Required:
Bachelor’s degree and minimum two (2) years’ regulatory experience - Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Energy Policy, Law, or related field and a minimum 2 year of experience in regulatory compliance or energy‑related legal work
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
