• Lead cross‑functional Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to achieve program industrialization objectives
• Drive the rapid resolution of issues impacting delivery and quality to meet customer requirements
• Maintain an achievable master production schedule based on demand and capacity
• Track and reconcile delivery discrepancies with customers to ensure on‑time delivery
• Conduct program data analytics, risk mitigation, and demand planning

• University degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Operations, Engineering, or Supply Chain experience within the aerospace or similar manufacturing environment
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% as required for the role
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional teams, programs, and projects
• Familiarity with Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SI&OP) processes

• Experience developing and implementing strategies to achieve cost, technical, and delivery performance targets
• Development program and new product introduction experience
• Knowledge of Supply Management, Operations, and Quality assurance practices
