Network Specialist

• Coordinate and supervise outside plant construction and splicing operations across multiple locations
• Provide technical support for special request projects and assist in project engineering phases
• Conduct audits of OSP projects, ensuring compliance with NESC and employer standards
• Manage the review of reports and contractor invoicing for accuracy and quality of work
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes‑Oxley guidelines and manage necessary documentation for project completion

• Associate Degree (or higher) –OR– 2+ years of professional work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Voice, Data, or Video networking
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• Ability to travel to construction sites approximately three days per week
• Excellent leadership, customer relations, and communication skills

• Experience in OSP Construction and/or Engineering (fiber, copper, or coax)
• Familiarity with ESRI ArcGIS, AGOL, or other GIS software
• Understanding of Fiber to The Home (FTTH) design and construction techniques
• Project Management experience
• Ability to read and understand FTTH construction prints
