- Drive commercial growth in hydrographic and marine survey services through strategic client relationships
- Collaborate with the Director of Hydrography and Commercial Team to identify market insights and develop opportunities
- Execute strategies with Key Account Managers to connect client needs with international development aid
- Conduct market assessments and develop go-to-market strategies for hydrographic solutions
- Build and maintain partnerships with local and federal government entities
- Bachelor’s degree in ecological, environmental, geological, geospatial, marine sciences, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in government contracting, preferably within surveying, hydrography, or offshore industries
- At least 5 years of tendering, contract, or project management experience
- Strong knowledge of computers and proficiency in various software applications and CRM tools
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience in the surveying or hydrography industry
- Familiarity with geo-data services applications
- Valid passport for potential international travel
