Senior Manager, Technical Community – Water Institutes

What You'll Do

As Senior Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the technical excellence of ASCE's Water Institutes. You'll:

• Lead the development of technical manuals, reports, and standards
• Guide technical programming for national and regional events
• Collaborate on continuing education initiatives with ASCE's education team
• Serve as a key liaison to technical committees and executive leadership
• Supervise and mentor support staff and lead special projects

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical field, or association management (Master's preferred)
• 5–10 years of experience in engineering or technical association management
• Proven project management and staff supervision experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with technical documentation

Based in Reston, VA, this position has hybrid and work from home flexibility. This position requires occasional travel and participation in events, including some weekends.
