Drive quality for assigned suppliers, including quality plan implementation. Select suppliers through qualification processes. Own supplier results and drive improvements utilizing supplier scorecards. Own supplier audits, ensuring compliance and driving improvement plans where needed. Apply in‑depth knowledge of best practices and integrate with other areas. Work on‑site to partner with suppliers on problem solving gaps.
Roles and Responsibilities- Manage Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development, including supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and assisting key suppliers toward industrial standards of excellence.
- Develop specialized expertise in own job discipline; serve as a best‑practice/quality resource and contribute to strategy and policy development.
- Act as a skilled influencer, communicating complex messages, building consensus, and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
- Impact projects and programs in the functional area, improving quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the team; exercise moderate autonomy and high evaluative judgment.
- Use judgment to make decisions on moderately complex tasks, applying technical experience and data analysis to support recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality or Sourcing.
- Additional 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality or Sourcing.
- Travel required:
50% – 75%.

- Project management skills and ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
The base pay range for this position is $110,500 – $184,200. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. The posting is expected to close on May 2, 2025.
