Senior Highway, Roadway Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage complex highway and roadway projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, including PennDOT and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.
• Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers, enhancing their skills and guiding them in project tracking and execution.
• Actively engage in project management, from initial planning through to execution, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in client management and collaboration.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and mentoring.
