Réalis as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on newly awarded infrastructure projects across the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high‑profile projects in a growing team.

Réalis is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage contracts and commercial activities for infrastructure projects. The role involves work across varied sectors and locations within the UAE.
- Experience in hospitality, residential, buildings, infrastructure or similar key sectors.
- Minimum 4 years of consultant and/or client experience.
- Knowledge of QS software such as CostX or similar.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Good project background with proven English technical writing ability.
- Preferred experience with FIDIC contracts.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.
- Minimum 5 years post‑degree relevant experience in contracts and commercial management.
