Réalis are currently looking for an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor (Pre Contract) to join our team to work on newly awarded projects across varying sectors and locations within the UAE. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team on high profile projects within the UAE.
- Preparation of cost plans, estimates, BOQs, measurement, take-offs based on standard method of measurements.
- Collaborate with design team for cost studies, value engineering etc.
- Preparation of Tender documentation.
- Demonstrable track record in the successful delivery of pre and post contract cost management services.
- Knowledge and understanding of all infrastructure elements, e.g., bridges, roads, marine, etc. and overall construction costs.
- Must have proficiency in utilities.
- Must have Master planning experience.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognized University.
- Min 5 to 10 years' experience in the Middle East.
- Knowledge of QS software, e.g., CostX or similar is required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
