Position Overview Mace is seeking a skilled MEP Design Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design coordination for a major luxury mixed-use development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Any Job Type: Full Time (with flexibility for part-time, hybrid, and remote work options where feasible)    What You’ll Do      Deliver MEP design elements in line with business plans, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
Lead and manage MEP design teams across multiple projects, ensuring technical accuracy and operational efficiency.
Act as the primary contact for all MEP-related design matters, engaging with clients and stakeholders.
Present KPIs and performance updates to senior leadership.
Advise on procurement strategies, contracts, and compliance for MEP systems and installations.
Recommend improvements in design processes to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and technical excellence in all phases of design and execution.
Support business development and deliver technical training programs on MEP systems.
Ensure all design works comply with codes, standards, and environmental regulations.
Drive sustainability initiatives and carbon-conscious practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Ideal Profile      Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
Proven experience in MEP design management for large-scale, high-value developments.
Strong understanding of design governance, compliance standards, and procurement strategies.
Experience working in the Middle East with eligibility for Saudi visa and client approval.
Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary design teams.
