We're looking for an Engineering Manager of Hosting Infrastructure to help us improve the health, performance, and processes around our production services and infrastructure.

The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate's geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
- United States (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $175,780 - $247,690
- Zone B: $164,500 - $232,180
- Zone C: $154,160 - $217,610
- Canada (All figures cited below in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)
- CAD 199,280 - CAD 281,060
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Engineering
As an Engineering Manager, Hosting Infrastructure, you'll
- Lead and manage a distributed and diverse team of Infrastructure engineers as they develop the infrastructure that keeps our customers' sites online, performant, and scaling for future growth.
- Highlight the need for and shepherd the implementation of new processes, engagement models, and technology that enables your team to scale systems in support of company wide objectives to better serve our customers.
- Facilitate the development of the individuals on your team, identifying areas for improvement and helping them to grow.
- Drive goal-setting with your team and hold them accountable for results.
- Help shape organizational processes and work with other Engineering Managers to continually evaluate how we can better support our reports and each other.

About You:Requirements:
- Have 2+ years of experience leading high-performing engineering teams, driving both people development and technical execution.
You’ll thrive as an Engineering Manager, Hosting Infrastructure if you:
- Have 2+ years experience managing and scaling infrastructure or product engineering teams in a growth environment.
- Possess 3+ years of experience working as an Infrastructure, Site Reliability, or Software Engineer with distributed systems experience.
- Have experience with all or many of the core technologies that make up our stack: AWS, Pulumi, Cloudflare, Linux, Node, Mongo
DB and Nginx. - Enjoy opportunities to build structure that impacts your team members and their coworkers.

- Have experience managing agile teams to adhere to software delivery cycles.
