Fuel your passion
As a Mechanical Test Technician/Engineer, you are building and assembling electrical/hydraulic control units, testing SCMs, PCDMs, and other subsea products, performing automated flush and pressure testing, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and timelines. You are attending quality and engineering reviews, leading improvement projects, maintaining health and safety standards, and training team members.

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • BTEC Level 3 in Electro/Mechanical discipline or relevant military training (Level 4 for Test Engineer).
  • Experience in testing and calibration of subsea modules and electrical/hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to read mechanical and electrical schematics and use test software packages.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and clear communication abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate effectively within a team.

Work in a way that works for you
This role is based on‑site at our Nailsea facility. Flexible working options such as home working are not applicable due to hands‑on testing requirements.
