Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop structural engineering solutions for a variety of projects
- Prepare and review calculations, drawings, and specifications
- Perform connection design using industry-standard software such as IDEA Stati Ca and TEKLA
- Ensure all designs comply with UK regulations, codes, and standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects
- Support project delivery from concept through to completion
- Contribute to internal process improvements and best practice sharing
- Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
- Chartered Member of Civil Engineering
- Experience using IDEA Stati Ca and TEKLA
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis, design, and detailing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills for liaising with clients and colleagues
- Willingness to work on‑site when required
- 1-2 days working from home flexibility
- Full‑time, permanent role in a supportive professional environment
