• Focus on the delivery of civil site development projects, assisting in design, construction, and project management of grading, stormwater, erosion control, culvert design, and pavement design projects.
• Hands‑on involvement in the permitting process.
• Significant interaction with multidisciplinary internal teams and external clients.

• Perform design of projects from conceptual and bid phase through completion based on client needs.
• Assist the Engineering Manager in maintaining project schedules and budgets.
• Interface directly with the client or sub‑consultants under the direction of the Engineering Manager.
• Support business development through writing technical approaches, scopes of work, and presentations to clients.
• Communicate effectively with other engineering disciplines and the project team.

• Experience with the 2024 Stormwater Management Manual for Western Washington.
• Proven experience on Puget Sound Energy projects involving site development.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Washington State.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
• Ability to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.).
• Active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer‑of‑record requirements for BV projects.

• Hybrid or flexible work options after first 90 days based on manager discretion.
• Typical office/home office environment with physical demands of sitting, talking, typing, driving, travel to client sites.
