Associate IT Engineering Systems Support Analyst; Remote

• Provide technical support to install and set up Engineering Systems (ES) software and hardware
• Troubleshoot and maintain advanced workstations used for CAD and engineering production
• Address daily support requests from end users and escalate complex issues to senior team members
• Participate in upgrades and enhancements to existing ES systems and assist with new implementations
• Install and configure ES-related software applications according to project requirements

• 2‑ or 4‑year degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Experience in both engineering and IT
• Knowledge of advanced computer hardware, particularly for 2D and 3D workstations
• Familiarity with systems and tools for ES problem resolution and tracking
• General knowledge of engineering and design applications such as AutoCAD and Micro Station

• Progressive experience in engineering, design, architecture, or engineering collaboration application systems such as Project Wise™
