• Become an expert on the employer's products and how they drive digital transformation in physical operations
• Articulate the value of IoT solutions to prospects and help them solve industry-specific challenges
• Deliver work products that facilitate customer engagement and deal closure, including demonstrations and proof of concepts
• Guide installers on best practices for deploying the employer's products and assist in building deployment plans
• Act as a liaison between product and sales teams, providing technical feedback and supporting customer engagement initiatives

• Bachelor’s of Science degree from a 4-year accredited university
• 5 years of experience in a pre‑sales, customer success, or customer/product support role
• Strong technical sales acumen and understanding of business processes and change management
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced education in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
• 8+ years of enterprise experience in a pre‑sales environment
• Familiarity with vehicle diagnostic systems and related technologies
• Experience in scripting and data transfer between systems using programming languages like Bash, Python, or Java Script
• Hobbyist interest in electronics and automation projects
