As part of our Power Innovation team, the E&C Project Manager III/Senior will drive projects at the forefront of technology—integrating next‑generation power generation, advanced control systems, and high‑voltage infrastructure for hyperscale clients. Responsibilities- Manages power infrastructure projects from concept through completion, with accountability for scope, schedule, and budget
- Applies engineering and construction standards to design and integrate power generation systems, high‑voltage technologies, and control systems
- Aligns project objectives with corporate strategy, evaluates economic impacts, and delivers solutions that maximize reliability and profitability
- Builds trust for seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners, including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction
- Anticipates risks with forward thinking alternatives, and makes decisive calls to quickly resolve technical, contractual, and regulatory challenges
- Required:
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum five (5) years’ experience in oil and gas engineering/project management - Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management - Preferred:
Project Management Certification (PMP), Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Required:
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum ten (10) years’ experience in oil and gas engineering/project management - Preferred:
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or construction management and Master's degree in business, project management or engineering management; PMP or PE
Must be willing to travel up to 25%.
Other Requirements- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Solid understanding of PLC/Stage‑Gate processes and extensive experience with facility construction or operations in the oil and gas industry
