Are you a Plant Senior Project Engineer with a P.E. license from a water/wastewater background, looking to utilize your technical expertise and lead high‑impact plant projects?

We offer a fully remote position where you will be the go‑to technical expert for plant‑based projects at a close‑knit and growing company.

This smaller firm has a strong culture and provides the chance to utilize your experience and lead projects and teams.

You will be responsible for taking the technical lead on plant projects, recognized as the go‑to expert at the company for water and wastewater projects, and you will have the opportunity to lead teams and mentor junior engineers.

• Direct plant projects and lead project teams
• Design plant projects, including preparing layouts, detailed designs, plans, specifications, and cost estimates
• Perform hydraulic analyses, develop hydraulic profiles, and conduct life‑cycle cost analyses
• Coordinate with CAD technicians for construction plan production

• P.E. license
• Water and wastewater background
• Confidence to work on high‑impact water plant projects in Texas
