• You will be responsible for a sales area (northern, central or southern Germany)
• You will advise existing customers and acquire new customers, particularly in areas such as tunnel construction, mining, transport infrastructure construction, hydraulic engineering, specialised civil engineering and building renovation
• You will provide application support and assist with the optimal use of our products
• You will organise and conduct presentations on site or in-house as well as trade fair appearances
• You will prepare quotations, conduct contract negotiations and take care of follow-up
• You will observe the market and competition and report to the DACH sales management
• You will carry out customer needs, market and competition analyses and provide technical advice to clients and planning offices
• You will build strong customer relationships – both technical and commercial
• You will travel extensively within your sales area: based from your home office or our head office in Dortmund

• A degree in engineering – ideally civil engineering, geology or mining – or training as a technician/master craftsman in the construction sector
• Experience in sales or in the processing of consultation‑intensive products
• Technical expertise, initiative and commitment
• Strong communication skills and a confident manner
• A structured, independent and goal‑oriented approach to work
• Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally also AvERP, SAP or Navision
• Very good written and spoken German and English
