Plant Simulation Engineer - Automotive (Full Benefits Package)
Akkodis is seeking a full‑time Plant Simulation Engineer for W2 or C2C arrangement to join our team in the Detroit Metropolitan area for the next several years. The role is hybrid and allows work from home one day per week. Remaining days of the week are onsite.
Starting Salary Range: $120,000 and above for W2 (rate commensurate based on experience and education levels).
Will also consider C2C.
- Will create and modify plant simulations utilizing Plant Sim and/or Simul8 software to improve productivity at various stages of automotive manufacturing.
- Engineering degree and moderate expertise while utilizing Plant Sim and/or Simul8 software within the past 3 years while performing new or modifying existing simulations along with presentations to leadership.
- Automotive industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
