Remote. Candidates must be based in either the Vancouver, WA or Corona, CA area.

• Manage the flow of all assigned projects through quote, design, build, and test phases.
• Engineering review (documents, BOMs, etc.) and support for projects as needed.
• Coordinate and support project management of larger projects.
• Interface with customers directly to support the design and continue to work toward customer satisfaction.
• Utilize AutoCAD Electrical and Inventor to support the design and documentation of systems.
• Interface with Vault to help maintain proper structure for each design and project.
• Interpret customer and sales personnel supplied information to create scope of expectations and work definitions.
• Generate designs and supporting documentation that will exceed the scope of work.
• Teach engineering and technical aspects of the project to team members.

• Strong working knowledge of system design – hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical hardware.
• UL508A and UL698A panel electrical schematic and panel layout design skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication and strong relationship building skills.
• Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi‑task in a fast‑paced work environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and PLC/HMI programming.
• 4‑year degree or equivalent experience with solid business acumen.
• Experience with P21 a plus.
• Must be over 21, possess a valid driver’s license, and have an acceptable driving record.

• Occasional lifting up to 35 lbs, bending, and retrieving equipment parts.
• Frequent repetitive grasping, twisting, pushing, and pulling using the hands.
• Use of hydraulic crimping equipment, saws, pressure testing stands, and power tools.
• Work performed in a non‑air‑conditioned area that may experience high or low seasonal temperatures.

$95k – $105k / year depending on experience.
