Project Manager & Engineer – Refrigeration Technology office, company car

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager
to lead refrigeration technology projects from concept to completion. In this role, you will be responsible for the
end-to-end implementation
of projects based on customer requirements — from technical planning and cost estimation to coordination with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.

• Lead and manage
  refrigeration technology projects
  from initial concept through to successful completion.
• Prepare quotations, preliminary cost calculations, and contract documentation
  to support project proposals and execution.
• Conduct
  technical planning
  and compile detailed project documentation.
• Select subcontractors and suppliers
  , manage tendering and contracting processes.
• Manage and monitor project progress
  , ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and
  request all necessary resources
  to support project execution.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.

• BSc/MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering
  or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience
  , ideally in project management, refrigeration, or HVAC-related fields.
• Proficiency with
  project planning and engineering software tools
  .
• Strong
  organizational skills
  , with high levels of accuracy, reliability, and flexibility.
• Goal-oriented, persistent, and transparent
  working style, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.

• A
