Join a respected engineering firm as a Technical Leader - Geotechnical in South Carolina, delivering designs for bridges, roadways, dams, and foundations. This role offers technical ownership on impactful infrastructure projects at a company known for quality, collaboration, and long‑term client partnerships.
The job:- Lead and oversee construction management and inspection services for roadway, bridge, transit, drainage, utilities, erosion control, and maintenance of traffic projects.
- Supervise field inspection staff, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance oversight.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain project progress and resolve construction issues.
- Support business development efforts, including client engagement, RFQs/RFPs, and proposal development.
- Plan and direct large, complex construction projects or multiple concurrent CEI assignments.
- Compensation: $150,000 - $185,000

- Bachelor’s in civil engineering or a related field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Texas.
- At least 12+ years’ experience in geotechnical engineering.
