Location: Dartford (office-based with some home working)

They are currently looking to appoint a Mechanical Estimator to join their estimating team. The role will be primarily office-based in Dartford, with flexibility for some home working once established.

You'll be involved in:

• Preparing mechanical estimates across a range of projects
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents
• Working closely with the wider commercial and operational teams
• Building accurate, well‑thought‑out tenders rather than rushed submissions
• Learning and developing within a structured, supportive environment

• Experience as a Mechanical Estimator (or strong junior/intermediate looking to step up)
• Background in mechanical building services
• Comfortable working from an office environment while valuing some flexibility
• Keen to develop skills properly and progress long term
• Ideally based within an hour's commute of Dartford
